The three-time defending Pennsylvania 6A champs dropped to No. 49 this week, and Milton climbed to No. 47 after a 3-1 start. Creekside is making its first-ever appearance in the Top 100, coming in at No. 79 this week after season-opening wins over defending 7A champ Grayson and Westlake this past weekend.
